Locations📍
Our selection of retreat venues are conveniently located no more than a 90 minute drive from Barcelona airport. We offer an eclectic and exciting mix of properties from rustic farmhouses, former castles, luxury villas or even urban sanctuaries for those wanting to stay in the city.

A good night’s rest is fundamental to physical and mental wellbeing so we’ve spared no effort in identifying venues that offer both rustic charm and great comfort. All venues are equipped with high-grade facilities and are maintained to the highest standards. Expect comfort, safety and privacy.
Sustainability 🌱
Our programs are 100% carbon-neutral. To live up to that commitment, our venues must demonstrably reduce pollution, waste and excess. From farm-to-table organic produce to bio-detergents and recycling, every aspect of the venue must live up to sustainability benchmarks to qualify.
Catalunya, rich and resplendent
Our retreat venues are dotted around the Catalan heartland, one of Europe’s most spectacular and culturally enduring regions. From the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees to the charming beachside towns of the Costa Brava and from the bustle of Barcelona to the bucolic charm of the Penedès wine region, our retreats take place in one of the world’s most desirable regions.
Capacity
While the ideal group size for our retreats is from 8 to 16 people, we have several venues with a capacity up to 40 attendees in single occupancy accommodation.

Creativity in the wild
A study published in 2012, was one of the first to address the effect of time spent in nature on higher-level tasks of the creative intellect, such as problem-solving. The study, which appeared in the scientific journal PLOS ONE on December 12 of that year and titled Creativity in the Wild: Improving Creative Reasoning through Immersion in Natural Settings, showed that four days of immersion in nature—and the corresponding disconnection from multimedia and technology—increases performance on problem-solving tasks.
